Fall 2018 Term Oct 21, 28, Nov 4, 11, 25 Dec 2, 9 (*No Sessions on Nov 18)
Winter 2019 Term Jan 13, 20, 27, Feb 3, 10, 17, 24
Spring 2019 Term Mar 3, 17, 24, 31, Apr 7, 14, 28 (*No Sessions Mar 10 & Apr 21)
B) How to Register?:
Please email Andrew Pace at email@example.com and CC camp and clinic treasurer Barb Pyper at firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
Option 1 $650 PLUS HST ($734.50) for All 3 Terms (up to 21 sessions in Fall, Winter and Spring)
Option 2 $245 PLUS HST ($276.85) for All 7 sessions within a term
Option 3 $205 PLUS HST ($231.65) for 5 out of 7 sessions within a term
Option 4 $50 cash pay as you go (check availability with Andrew - limited space)
* slight increase in fee is as a result of 2018 minimum wage increase and permit fee increase at Variety Village
D) How to Pay?:
Payment must be received prior to participation to guarantee your spot
E-transfers should go to Andrew Pace at email@example.com This is an auto deposit so no questions and passwords required.
2) Cheque in Mail or Dropped Off

E) Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations once the term clinics have started result in loss of the entire registration fee. For those paying the All term Pass, there is no refund of fees once the first clinic has started. Cancellations prior to the first day of term clinics result in reimbursement of the registration fee minus a $40 administration fee. Reimbursement will be made by e-transfer within 2 weeks of the cancellation request. In the event of injury preventing participation, registrants will be offered make up session(s) at a mutually convenient date. Absence due to sickness does not entitle a make up day.
