2025 Inclement Weather Policy (Rain / Heat / Lightning)

Generally we treat inclement weather as a regular day. As the quote goes: "There is no bad weather, just bad clothing choices". Should there be light rain we will be outside and continuing to run our program. If the clay infields start to get mushy we will do modified activities on the grass outfield areas. 

• As always, parents can make their own judgment wether or not to send their camper to camp on potential inclement weather days. Please ensure you inform our camp facilitator Finley (647-916-4908) if your child will be late or absent so we can have an accurate attendance. Early pick ups still need to be signed out. There are no make up days in these circumstances.

• In the event of unsafe playing conditions while campers are at camp, we will ask parents to pick up their child(ren).

• In the event that we know ahead of time that weather will prevent safe operation of our outdoor camp, we reserve the right to cancel camp and will do so in a timely manner. Parents will be communicated with this information to the registering parent's email. If someone else other than the registering parent will need the information about cancellation then please ensure that Finley has that information (finleybaseballcamp@gmail.com). Parents will be provided with the opportunty for a make up day anytime later in the summer or receive a credit on file to be used against any future camp, clinic or after school lesson.
