Important Parent/Guardian Responsibilities - Clinics

The registering parent or guardian will agree to let clinic staff know through email or direct conversation with the Clinic Director if they do not give consent for their child(ren) to have baseball related pictures and/or video taken for the purpose of instructional feedback and/or East York Baseball Camp & Clinic promotion (i.e., Facebook, Twitter and website).

The registering parent or guardian agrees to the obligation to provide, through email or direct conversation with the Clinic Director, any relevant medical, behavioural or other information that would impact the safety, development or happiness of any direct or indirect participant in the East York Baseball Skill Development Clinics. The registering parent or guardian also understands that any behaviour by my child(ren) which is detrimental to the safety, development, happiness of the participants and positive reputation of the East York Baseball Skill Development Clinics may result in my child(ren)'s removal from the clinic without any return of clinic fees.
